Grain Finished Whole/Half/Quarter Beef

Lean Texas Longhon beef from our grass fed longhorn stock.  However, if you desire a little more marbling in your beef and want a flavor more similar to what you would find at your local grocery store, well do a 100 day grain finish before processing.
